Job summary

Tesco Ireland invites graduates to join the Online Graduate Programme, featuring two placements: Stretch and Core. The programme exposes you to e-commerce, online trading, digital customer experience and more, with structured objectives and measurable outcomes.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to analyse customer behaviour, support digital initiatives, and help deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience. Salary €35,000 and start date 6 September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month development programme with structured workshops and sessions.
• Attend upskilling workshops on digital retail, e-commerce and data analytics.
• Engage in personal development sessions to build confidence and leadership.
• Visit stores and fulfilment centres to understand end-to-end delivery.
• Network with graduates and leaders across the business.
• Receive mentoring and coaching from experienced colleagues.
