Tesco Ireland invites applications for its Customer Graduate Programme. It features two placements—Stretch and Core—designed to broaden commercial understanding and build customer expertise.
You will work with cross-functional teams to understand needs, analyse feedback, and contribute to key business priorities. Starting 6 September 2027, the 18-month development plan includes workshops, mentoring, store visits, and networking with graduates and leaders.
The Customer Graduate Programme includes two placements: Stretch Placement: A role outside your academic background that broadens your commercial understanding and develops new skills. Core Placement: A role aligned to your interests within the Customer function, allowing you to build expertise and make a meaningful impact. Each placement is structured around clear objectives and measurable outcomes, ensuring you can track your development while contributing to key business priorities.
