Tesco Ireland in Dun Laoghaire hosts an Online Graduate Programme with two placements: Stretch and Core, exposing you to e-commerce, digital marketing, data analytics and online operations. Salary is €35,000 with an 18-month development plan including workshops, personal development, site visits and cross-functional networking opportunities.
The Online Graduate Programme includes two placements: Stretch Placement: A role outside your academic discipline that enables you to build new skills and broaden your understanding of the wider business Core Placement: A role aligned to your interests within the Online function, allowing you to develop specialist knowledge and expertise Each placement is structured around clear objectives and measurable outcomes, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact while accelerating your development. By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed a strong understanding of how online retail operates, how digital experiences influence customer loyalty, and how data-driven decisions help drive growth within Tesco’s online business.
