Stantec seeks a Commercial Finance Business Partner to support financial performance in Ireland. You will partner with the Ireland Financial Controller and operations to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and insightful analysis across multiple business lines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years post‑qualification and a strong IFRS background, especially IFRS 15, with experience in a professional services context and ERP systems, particularly Oracle. Expect a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with 3–5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in professional services or consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15 and revenue recognition.
• Experience improving financial controls, processes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Support budgeting and forecasting with the Ireland team.
• Develop management reporting and financial analysis for visibility of KPIs.
• Prepare variance analyses and financial commentary with insights.
• Assist month-end close and reporting, ensuring controls.
• Coordinate detailed forecasts across business lines and support group budgeting.
