Job summary

Eirkoo in Dublin is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join its finance team. You will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insight, influence strategic decisions and drive performance across a dynamic, international business.

Reporting into the wider finance function, you will lead forecasting, budgeting and reporting, partnering with operations to meet targets and support strategic projects. Strong communication and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse results, KPIs and business performance; deliver reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with operational leadership to develop annual budgets and monitor performance.
• Provide commercial insight to improve profitability, cost efficiency and revenue performance.
• Prepare business cases and support capex and pricing decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic projects.

I’m delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager to its Dublin-based finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with senior leadership, influence strategic decision-making and drive financial performance within a dynamic, international business.

The Role

Reporting into the wider finance function, you will play a key role in providing financial insight, supporting business strategy and ensuring strong financial performance across your portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Analysing financial results, KPIs and business performance, delivering clear and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Partnering with operational leadership to develop annual budgets, monitor performance and achieve financial targets.
• Providing commercial insight and recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency and revenue performance.
• Preparing business cases and supporting capital expenditure and commercial pricing decisions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting strategic projects across the business.
• Leading and developing a finance team, promoting accountability, collaboration and high performance.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA Ireland qualified.
• Proven people management experience, including managing a team of at least two.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Previous financial business partnering experience is advantageous, as is exposure to Hyperion.
