DFDS is seeking a Commercial Administration Coordinator in Ireland (Leinster, Rathcoole) to support the sales function and ensure outstanding customer service. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, collaborating with the external sales team and maintaining accurate records and reporting.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial function, ensuring sales processes run smoothly and customers receive an excellent level of service. You'll work closely with the external sales team, supporting business development activities and helping to maintain accurate records and reporting.
You'll have strong administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy in a busy environment. Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or general office administration would be beneficial, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
You'll thrive in this role if you're highly organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting others to achieve their goals. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, adaptable approach are essential. You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and supporting commercial success.
