Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Warehouse Voice Picker in Ireland to join a busy warehousing team. You will be responsible for accurate picking, offloading inbound deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working area.

Shifts run 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork to keep goods moving smoothly. The role requires previous warehouse and picking experience, plus a valid PPT licence.

• Experience in warehouse picking and inbound/outbound processes.
• Valid PPT licence is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00, you’ll support the smooth running of warehouse operations by picking products accurately and offloading inbound deliveries.

You will be responsible for:

• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Offloading inbound goods and preparing them for storage
• Operating a PPT safely when required
• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed
• Working closely with your team to maintain strong operational flow

About you

You’ll have previous warehouse and picking experience, along with a valid PPT licence. You’ll be a team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to get stuck in. Someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency will excel here.
