Job summary

Flogas Ireland Ltd seeks an energetic Commercial Growth Lead to drive the day-to-day management and expansion of the CNG business within Flogas Enterprise Solutions. You will work with the Energy Services Manager to expand the customer base, develop new sites, and build strategic partnerships across logistics and transport sectors.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across front, middle, and back offices.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Project Management or another relevant discipline.
Typically 3–5 years' relevant professional experience within business development, commercial management, energy or related sectors.
Strong ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create and develop the CNG business line in collaboration with the Energy Services Manager.
Coordinate across FES departments to integrate the CNG unit with the wider organisation.
Engage external stakeholders to develop partnerships and opportunities for new sites.
Support growth of CNG through customer engagement, partnerships and contract wins.
Prepare business cases and contribute to financial modelling for new sites or resources.
Monitor contract performance, turnover and margins; report KPIs and insights.
