Job summary

Flogas Ireland is seeking a commercially minded professional to lead the day-to-day management and growth of the CNG business within Flogas Enterprise Solutions. You will drive revenue, margins and customer growth through new stations, partnerships and expanded site networks.

The role requires coordinating with commercial, operations and design teams, managing multiple stakeholders and preparing robust business cases and financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Energy, Finance or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years' experience in business development, commercial management, or energy sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to develop business cases and pricing.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across commercial, operations and project teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and growth of the CNG business within FES.
• Develop new stations and expand the customer portfolio.
• Create partnerships and identify margin opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes.
• Prepare business cases and financial models for new sites.
• Engage external stakeholders including landowners and engineers.
