Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
• Experience interacting with healthcare professionals and/or patients in a clinical or technical capacity.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Degree in Life Sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Medtronic devices in clinical, operating theatre, and outpatient settings.
• Support healthcare professionals and patients to ensure effective use of therapy solutions.
• Troubleshoot device-related issues and resolve customer enquiries within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer support.
• Maintain awareness of relevant market developments and competitive products.
• Accurately maintain and submit required business and activity information.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
