Job summary

Eli Lilly Cork is seeking a Clinical Development Trial Lead (CDTL) Associate to oversee cross-functional study teams in the design, execution and delivery of clinical trials. The role requires strong program management, regional knowledge, and scientific expertise to ensure quality, timeliness and budget adherence across studies.

The successful candidate will drive enrollment strategies, manage budgets and coordinate with investigators, vendors, and affiliates to support global development

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field with 3 years clinical research experience.
• Advanced degree is acceptable.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver trials on time and within scope.
• Coordinate regional and global study activities and budgets.
• Develop enrollment strategies and monitor milestones.
• Ensure the Trial Master File is inspection-ready.
