Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or health-related field and 5+ years clinical research experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional pharmacoepidemiology studies and oversee study management.
• Develop and refine study designs, risk mitigation, and timelines across molecules and indications.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and adherence to Good Clinical Practice across programs.
• Manage relationships with CROs, vendors, and regional partners to deliver milestones.
• Coordinate ISSTs/ASTs training and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery of robust trial documentation and outcomes.
