Sancta Maria Nursing Home in Ireland seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical practice and day-to-day operations. You will supervise nursing staff, manage medications, and drive auditing and training activities to ensure the highest care standards.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate resident assessments, ensure safe care environments, and contribute to policy implementation and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered with NMBI.
• Managerial experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical practice to ensure high nursing standards.
• Supervise medication administration and stock management.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance appraisals.
• Conduct audits on care plans, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Support residents and families, acting as CNM point of contact.
• Assist Director of Nursing in handling annual leave and rostering.
