Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, a large private nursing home group with several facilities across Ireland, is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager for a full-time role based in Co Meath.

You will lead a nursing team, ensure HIQA compliance, and drive continuous improvement in resident care, working closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.

Qualificações

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and elder care practices.
• Experience as CNM or Senior Staff Nurse pursuing career progression.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with residents and families.
• Mentor and support staff through training and performance management.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.
