Job summary

TTM Healthcare are partnering with a leading Private Nursing Home in Wicklow to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM). You will lead nursing and care staff, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and compliance with policies.

You will oversee medication management, documentation and audits while fostering strong relationships with residents and families. The role requires a BSc in General Nursing with NMBI registration and demonstrates strong leadership, organisational and communication

Qualifications

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Managerial training or experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate self and others and take initiative.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Position available: Clinical Nurse Manager - CNM

Location: Wicklow

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met and clinical policies and best practices are consistently maintained. You will provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, supporting training, development, performance and effective teamwork. The role will involve overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and ensuring any issues are appropriately addressed and escalated. You will also build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals, while supporting the Director of Nursing and taking responsibility for the home in their absence.
