Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited partners with a leading Private Nursing Home to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) for night shifts in South Dublin. The role focuses on leading nursing care, ensuring high standards and person-centred support.

You will supervise nursing and care staff, oversee medication management, documentation, audits and infection control while liaising with families and healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSc in General Nursing (or equivalent) is required.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Previous managerial training/experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative; promote a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Conduct audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff; support training and development.

Position available: Clinical Nurse Manager - CNM - Nights

Location: South Dublin

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and person‑centred care, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met and clinical policies and best practices are consistently maintained.

You will provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, supporting training, development, performance and effective teamwork. The role will involve overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and ensuring any issues are appropriately addressed and escalated.

You will also build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals, while supporting the Director of Nursing and taking responsibility for the home in their absence.
