Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead nursing and social care across our home locations in Wicklow, Wexford, Clare, Cork, Dublin, Meath and Kilkenny.

The CNM will ensure high standards of care, manage medications, supervise staff, audit care plans, and act as a key contact for residents' relatives, while covering for annual leave as necessary.

Qualifications

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative.
• Ability to work well and promote a team environment.
• Results driven.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of residents.

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client is looking to recruit experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for their home in Wicklow, Wexford, Clare, Cork, Dublin, Meath, Kilkenny.

The role of the CNM is to

• To ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social care which meet the individual needs of each resident by:
• Medication Management
• Staff Supervision & Training
• Auditing
• Review recent admissions ensuring appropriate assessments, planning implementation and evaluation of care is documented.
• Interact and support residents and families daily and act as a key point of contact for all relatives and visitors and an ambassador for the Care Centre
• Ensure that complaints are swiftly deal with at the point of contact.
• Ability to assist with all the Director of Nursing responsibilities to effectively take on the role when covering for annual leave.

Interested candidates must have,

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Previous managerial training / experience is an advantage.
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
