Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited in Cork partners with a leading private nursing home to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM). You will lead nursing and care teams, ensure person-centred care, and uphold clinical policies, standards and governance.

You will oversee medication management, documentation, audits, infection control, safety, and escalation of issues, while supporting the Director of Nursing in their absence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Registered on the NMBI live register is required.

Position available: Clinical Nurse Manager - CNM

Location: Cork

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care, ensuring residents’ individual needs are met and clinical policies and best practices are consistently maintained.

You will provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, supporting training, development, performance and effective teamwork. The role will involve overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and ensuring any issues are appropriately addressed and escalated.

You will also build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals, while supporting the Director of Nursing and taking responsibility for the home in their absence.

Requirements:
