Job summary

TTM Healthcare are partnering with a leading Nursing Home Provider to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM). Based at Meath/Kildare border, you will lead nursing staff, oversee medications, documentation, audits and infection control while maintaining care to residents and supporting the Director of Nursing in their absence.

The role requires a BSc in General Nursing, NMBI registration and strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified/Nurse with BSc in General Nursing.
• Registered with NMBI (live register).
• Managerial training or prior management experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate self and others and to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication management, ensuring safe and compliant practices.
• Lead clinical governance, documentation, audits and assessments.
• Maintain infection control, health and safety standards.
• Provide supervision and development for nursing and care staff.
• Support the Director of Nursing and cover the home in their absence.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care, ensuring residents individual needs are met and clinical policies and best practices are consistently maintained.

You will provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, supporting training, development, performance and effective teamwork. The role will involve overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and ensuring any issues are appropriately addressed and escalated.

You will also build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals, while supporting the Director of Nursing and taking responsibility for the home in their absence.

Requirements
