TTM Healthcare is partnering with a leading Nursing Home Provider in Kilkenny to hire a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM). The CNM will lead nursing and care teams, ensure high standards of person-centred care, and uphold clinical policies and best practices.

You will oversee medication management, clinical documentation, audits, and safety programs while supporting staff development and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BSc in General Nursing or equivalent and be registered with NMBI.
• Previous managerial training or experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee medication management, clinical documentation, audits and assessments.
• Lead infection control, health and safety, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide supervision to nursing and care staff and support ongoing training.
• Support the Director of Nursing and act in the home’s leadership in their absence.

Position available: Clinical Nurse Manager - CNM

Location: Kilkenny

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care, ensuring residents individual needs are met and clinical policies and best practices are consistently maintained.

You will provide strong leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, supporting training, development, performance and effective teamwork. The role will involve overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, audits, assessments, infection control, health and safety, and ensuring any issues are appropriately addressed and escalated.

You will also build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals, while supporting the Director of Nursing and taking responsibility for the home in their absence.

Requirements:
