Job summary

Bridhaven is inviting applications for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join our on-site team in Mallow, Co. Cork. This permanent, full-time role offers Guaranteed Hours Contracts and a negotiable salary, reflecting value placed on leadership in a premium home.

Qualifications

• Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible).
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse/CNM level.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical leadership.
• Deliver high-quality, safe, person-centred care.
• Plan, assess, and evaluate individualized care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing and care staff on shift.
• Develop strong relationships with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, inclusive environment for residents.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and team development.

Clinical Nurse Manager Responsibilities:
