Ethos Care Group in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead clinical operations and support the delivery of outstanding care within the home.

The CNM will manage staff, ensure HIQA compliance, promote a person-centred approach, and drive quality improvements, with a focus on leadership and robust organisational skills.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum 6 years post-registration experience.
• Management experience in a nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate clinical care and nursing operations.
• Support the PIC in managing the nursing home.
