Job summary

Excel Healthcare Recruitment is excited to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading healthcare provider in North Dublin.

You will lead the nursing team, manage day-to-day operations, ensure HIQA compliance, support staff development, coordinate care planning with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in audits and quality/risk initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior nursing role.
• Previous management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient-centred care.
