Job summary

Bridhaven is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager in Ireland on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers guaranteed hours and a supportive, family ethos, with leadership across clinical teams to deliver person-centred care.

You will lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality care, and drive improvements while maintaining confidential documentation and resident relations. Strong CPD, leadership, and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible).
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical and professional leadership
• Delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care ensuring care is person-centred, respecting residents' rights, dignity, and autonomy
• Planning, assessing, and evaluating individualised care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Leading, mentoring, and supervising nursing and care staff on shift
• Developing strong relationships with residents and families to enhance wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and team development
