Job summary
Bridhaven is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical teams, support the Person in Charge, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. The role emphasises leadership, documentation accuracy, and safety within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications
- Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible).
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical and professional leadership
- Delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care ensuring care is person-centred, respecting residents' rights, dignity, and autonomy
- Planning, assessing, and evaluating individualised care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising nursing and care staff on shift
- Developing strong relationships with residents and families to enhance wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and team development
