Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for a permanent, full-time role with an established residential care service in Co. Kildare.

You will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing and care teams to ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will lead, support and develop staff, oversee care planning, staffing, and clinical standards, and deputise when required.

Qualifications

• On the active NMBI register.
• 5 years' post-registration experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the care of vulnerable adults.
• Experience in intellectual disabilities desirable.
• Proven experience in team and performance management.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
