Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for a permanent, full-time role in Co. Kildare.

You will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care. Working with the Director of Nursing, you will oversee care planning, staffing, and clinical standards, while promoting a collaborative and accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• Active NMBI registration is required.
• 5 years' post-registration experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in care of vulnerable adults.
• Experience in intellectual disabilities desirable.
• Proven experience in team and performance management.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care.
