We are recruiting for an established service business looking to appoint an Account Manager to take ownership of an important client relationship and the day-to-day delivery of the service.
This is a highly client-facing role and would suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and taking responsibility for ensuring agreed service levels and performance targets are consistently achieved.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for the client, working closely with the operational team to ensure KPIs, SLAs and service standards are delivered. You will monitor performance, identify issues early and take ownership of resolving them, while continually looking for opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day client relationship, monitoring performance against agreed targets and KPIs, supporting and developing the operational team, reviewing performance data and trends, preparing client reports and managing complaints or service issues. You will also work closely with internal teams across finance and operations, with responsibility for contract budgets, cost control and identifying opportunities to develop the account.
We are looking for someone with strong relationship-management skills who is comfortable working in a target-driven environment. You should be commercially aware, confidence working with performance data and able to demonstrate initiative and sound judgement when operational issues arise.
You will need to be self-motivated, organised and comfort taken ownership rather than waiting for direction. Previous experience managing people and working within a service-led or B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
The role is based in the Kildare/Newbridge area and will involve travel to client locations and the company’s Dublin office, so a full driving licence is required.
