Job summary

Qualifications

This role involves providing expert advice, handling policy renewals and amendments, managing client queries, and delivering a high standard of customer service while contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage home and motor insurance policy renewals and client enquiries.
• Provide quotations across personal lines products, including motor, home, travel, and marine insurance.
• Handle mid-term policy adjustments, claims-related queries, and premium payment follow-up.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to new business and retention targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with insurers and internal teams to deliver efficient client solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Personal Lines insurance, ideally within home and motor insurance.
• Strong knowledge of the Irish Personal Lines insurance market.
• APA Personal, CIP, or Grandfathered qualification with up-to-date CPD compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using Relay/Applied Systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
