Job summary

You will also handle mid-term adjustments and queries, follow up on premium payments, and collaborate with insurers to deliver efficient client solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Experience with home and motor insurance preferred.
• CPD compliant qualifications and up-to-date CPD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage home and motor policy renewals and client enquiries.
• Provide quotations across personal lines products (motor, home, travel, marine).
• Handle mid-term policy adjustments and claims-related queries.
• Follow up on premium payments and maintain client records.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to new business and retention targets.
