Eurostaffs in Dublin is seeking a Client Optimization Specialist for the DACH region. In the SBS team you will support small business clients across lifecycle via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and maximize account value.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and other teams to deliver outstanding experiences. The role requires German at C2 level and prior experience in online advertising or recruitment advertising.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in online advertising, SEM, PPC, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred.
• C2-level German language skills, both written and verbal.

Day to Day

As a Client Optimization Specialist in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll support all clients in our small business segment at different points in their life cycle with Eurostaffs. You’ll assist clients via phone, chat, and email to help them resolve any issues they may have with their accounts or to educate them on how to maximize their accounts effectively to achieve their hiring goals. You will have the opportunity to work with Eurostaffs’s product suite and partner with internal teams to help deliver an outstanding experience on each and every interaction. This is a German-speaking role supporting our clients across the DACH region.

Responsibilities

Skills / Competencies

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred.
• Learn and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.
• Passionate about helping customers find a resolution to their problems.
• Willing to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Flexible to work in a changing environment and seek feedback to incorporate it into your work style.
• Motivated to handle a high volume of inbound volume each day influencing positive client outcomes.
• C2-level German language skills, both written and verbal.

Salary Range Transparency

The base salary for this role ranges from €33,000 - €51,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition, you will be eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15%, paid quarterly.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Eurostaffs salary range for this position in the given work location.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, and experience.

The range(s) listed is just one component of Eurostaffs's total compensation package for employees.

Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
