With 2+ years’ experience and fluency in French and English, you’ll target high-quality outcomes, manage inquiries, and support revenue growth in a hybrid Dublin role at Capital Dock.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, job advertising, or staffing agencies.
• Proven influencing and sales skills, with a passion for educating, servicing, and selling to clients
• Excellent communication skills, including effective listening and customer-focused interactions
• Proven ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated to make high volumes of outbound calls daily, driving positive client outcomes and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work authorisation: Ireland (required)

Day to Day

As a Client Development Sales Specialist in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll partner with existing accounts in our small business segment to help them get the most value from Eurostaffs. You’ll receive daily leads and engage clients via phone and email to understand their hiring needs, recommend tailored Eurostaffs solutions, and support them in successfully optimising their jobs on our platform.

Salary Range

Transparency Tier 2 - Ireland 34,000 - 50,000 EUR per year

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and is a hybrid position, requiring Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our Dublin Capital Dock Office. (Block B, Capital Dock 80 Sir John Rogerson's Quay Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, 2, D02 HE36).
