Client-Focused Solutions Engineer – Implementations

Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a dynamic Solutions Engineer to guide clients through every stage of the implementation journey, translating business objectives into scalable configurations and ensuring seamless deployment.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Project Management teams, lead smaller projects when needed, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to drive adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative during the project life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex and dynamic client environments.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and take responsibility for timely completion of tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to support occasional evening and weekend work.
• Ability to travel up to one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Implement LF Projects: gather requirements, design, deploy, install, license, and document progress.
• Manage small LF projects: create project plan, track timeline and budget, closeout and retrospectives.
• Support the Services team: provide backup, share product feedback, test releases, and participate in retrospectives.
