Job summary

GPC Finance is seeking an experienced Outsourced Solutions Manager to oversee bookkeeping and outsourced finance services for a diverse client base. This role is client-facing and involves leading a team, driving process improvements, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.

You will manage month-end activities, collaborate with accounts, payroll, and tax teams, and build strong client relationships while supporting growth of the outsourced solutions function.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping or outsourced accounting services.
• Proven ability to manage client portfolios and review junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end processes, and management accounts preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of bookkeeping and outsourced finance services to clients.
• Lead and mentor bookkeeping team; provide training and performance feedback.
• Manage client relationships, resolve queries, and improve processes.
