Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis in Dublin is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join the Sales & Marketing team in Sandyford. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining client software, portals, and CRM, while building strong client relationships to ensure industry-leading service delivery.

You will contribute to the rollout of Eurofins Biomnis IT tools, develop a deep understanding of client needs, and provide ongoing metrics to the Sales Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with client-facing experience.
• Excellent presentation and business writing skills.
• Fluent English, advanced Excel skills, and digital problem-solving abilities.
