Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis Ireland is recruiting a Senior Medical / Biomedical Scientist to join our Haematology team at the Sandyford laboratory, Dublin 18. This on-site role offers the chance to contribute to high-quality medical testing and patient care within a leading global group.

We provide training and development support, a supportive, inclusive environment with 35 hours per week and a flexible shift roster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Biomedical Science required.
• CORU registered as Senior Medical Scientist or HCPC registered as Senior Biomedical Scientist.
• Haematology experience and leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in medical testing within Haematology.
• Lead and coordinate scientific staff and allocate work according to abilities.
• Ensure safe resource use and plan for future department needs.
• Deputise for Chief Scientist in Haematology on technical matters.
• Participate in CPD programmes and meet set targets.
