Job summary

You will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships and lead the full sales cycle from initial development through to proposal, negotiation and ongoing account management.

Are you an experienced business development professional who excels at building relationships with senior decision-makers? We're recruiting a Client Development Manager to join a leading organisation, partnering with C-suite executives, Chief People Officers and Heads of Learning & Development to deliver bespoke leadership and executive development solutions

.

This is a strategic, consultative sales role where you'll identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships and develop tailored solutions that address complex organisational challenges. Working closely with internal teams, you'll lead the full sales cycle, from business development and proposal creation through to negotiation and ongoing account management.

We're looking for a commercially driven relationship builder with a proven track record in consultative B2B business development or account management, ideally selling complex, high-value solutions to senior stakeholders. You'll be confident engaging with C-suite executives and HR leaders, with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client challenges and develop tailored solutions. Experience in leadership development, consulting, organisational development, HR or learning solutions would be a distinct advantage. A full clean driving licence is required.
