Job summary

AllPro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works for a site-based role in Cork. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, inspect workmanship and maintain records to ensure works meet drawings, contract specs, quality standards and health and safety requirements.

The role focuses on supervision, inspection, reporting and liaison with the design team and contractors, with a fixed-term ~18 months and a Cork site location.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience supervising major civil engineering works.
• Experience implementing site quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong report-writing skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including document management and report preparation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with contractors and engineering teams.
