Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to provide independent site inspection and quality assurance on projects in North Dublin. The role reports to the Project Director and focuses on monitoring workmanship and compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations.

The successful candidate will carry out regular inspections, document issues, attend meetings and maintain meticulous site diaries, ensuring health and safety and building standards are upheld on

Qualifications

• Trade or technical background with knowledge of construction methods and standards.
• Significant experience as Clerk of Works, ideally on large-scale projects.
• Membership of the Institute of Clerks of Works (or similar) an advantage.
• Strong report writing, communication and attention to detail.

Job description

Clerk of Works required for a leading construction consultancy to provide independent site inspection and quality assurance on projects in North Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to monitor workmanship and compliance on behalf of their clients.
