Job summary

Apleona Ireland in Limerick City is seeking Cleaning Operatives to join our team. You will perform general cleaning across offices, corridors, toilets, kitchens and public areas with a focus on hygiene and safety.

The role includes varied shifts across days, nights and weekends, totaling 40 hours per week. Candidates should have prior cleaning experience, a can-do attitude, good English, and flexibility to cover multiple shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertake general cleaning of offices, floors, corridors, stairwells and toilets.
• Vacuum, dust, and wash floors and walls.
• Sweep, floor polish and dispose of waste.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets, drapes and upholstery.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchens and bathrooms.
• Ensure toilets are kept clean and stocked.
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers and elevators.
• General housekeeping around the building.
• Inform supervisor/manager of stock needs for replenishment.
• Undertake any other duties as requested.

At Apleona, we are always on the lookout for dynamic and talented individuals to join our team, and we are currently recruiting for Cleaning Operatives to join our team in Limerick City

Working pattern: Monday to Sunday, various shifts, 40 hours per week.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells, and toilets.
• Vacuuming, dusting, and washing floors and walls
• Sweeping, floor polishing, and waste disposal
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Ensuring the toilet facilities are kept clean, and supplies are replenished when required
• Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators
• General housekeeping and cleaning around the building.
• Inform the Supervisor/Manager of the stock required for replenishing purposes
• Undertake any other duties as requested
