Comer Group Ireland are currently seeking a Cleaner to join the team at a new residential development in Sandyford.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, take pride in their work and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the development. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining communal and shared areas to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Actioning of requests from Management and Property Teams in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining all communal and shared areas throughout the residential development.
• Empty and wipe down waste bins.
• Clean glass and window areas.
• Wipe and dust surfaces.
• Dust/Clean/straighten furniture and table fixtures.
• Dust and clean doors and window/door sills and ledges.
• Clean lifts and lift areas.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
• Sweep tiles or hardwood floor areas.
• Adhere to lost property procedures.
• Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to within the Department.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Report any complaints to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain all tools and equipment.
• Maintain storerooms and chemical room and ensure these are kept neat and tidy.
• Perform any other reasonable task or instruction as directed by management or a representative of management.
• Prioritising tasks and duties as required.
