Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in civil engineering, a Civil/Structural degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. A full, clean driving licence is required for site visits and procurement coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in civil engineering or construction.
• BSc degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, teamwork and presentation skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Setting out, levelling, and surveying works on site.
• Coordinating project procurement, materials, subcontractors and plant, including preparation and maintenance of work schedules.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation to support accuracy, planning and labour/material requirements.
• Carrying out quality control inspections to ensure works meet project standards.
• Maintaining accurate site records and supporting site management, including supervision of site labour and subcontractor activities.
• Completing site-based duties such as cube making and site activity logs.
