Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Civil Site Engineer role within civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Technical aptitude and proven ability to manage site teams and complex operations.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced project environments.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Set out, level, and survey sites to align works with project drawings and specifications.
• Supervise site works, resolve technical issues, and coordinate teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate site records, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
• Provide technical support to the project team, liaising with design teams, clients, and management.
• Support implementation of health and safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to problem-solving and help drive project delivery.
