Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Dublin seeks a City Strategy Lead to support Ireland's key city markets. You will own strategic direction, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help make Just Eat Takeaway the first choice for convenience delivery in major cities.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning & Analytics, you’ll drive commercial programmes, analyze market trends, manage the local hero and exclusivity programmes, and ensure daily operations align with growth targets.

Qualifications

• Background in strategy or advisory roles such as consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, Chief of Staff, or go-to-market.
• Strong understanding of the Dublin/Irish market landscape and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong commercial acumen.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Ireland leadership in setting the strategic agenda for key cities.
• Conduct market analysis of trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
• Own the local hero programme and manage the exclusivity programme end-to-end.
• Monitor and challenge teams to hit target metrics across revenue, orders, customers, and market share.
• Drive trading initiative requests, campaign setup, and innovation opportunities.
