Job summary

Deliveroo seeks a Regional Manager to lead a team of City and Account Managers, driving order growth and market share while overseeing profitability across Cork, Limerick, Galway and Belfast. You will manage top restaurant partners and collaborate with operations, marketing and product teams to deliver local success across restaurant, customer and rider metrics.

The role covers regional Ireland including Dublin; travel and driving are required to support two jurisdictions with distinct dynamics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercially focused roles.
• Highly analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Breadth of strategy and hands-on execution experience.
• Comfort negotiating with business owners or C-suite executives.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills (in person, phone or email).
• Active field presence with weekly travel (driving required).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy for markets Cork, Limerick, Galway and Belfast.
• Support city managers and account managers to develop regional plans.
• Set and achieve regional targets and drive profitability.
• Coordinate execution with rider ops and marketing teams.
• Be the face of Deliveroo to top restaurant partners.
• Lead negotiations for new restaurant partners in the region.
• Collaborate with restaurant and rider ops to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Work with local marketing to accelerate revenue growth.
