Job summary

Canada Life Group invites applications for a CITO Business Manager to shape the executive office rhythm and governance across Europe. You will coordinate strategic initiatives, reports, and cross‑functional priorities, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Based in Dublin or London, this hybrid role offers a senior leadership pathway with strong exposure to technology transformation, AI adoption and risk management within a major European insurer.

Qualifications

• Strong business management experience in a senior, complex, cross‑functional or matrix environment.
• Excellent judgement and ability to interpret complex information, build a clear story and escalate when needed.
• Strong written communication and ability to craft concise executive papers and leadership communications.
• Proven ability to support executive governance, senior meeting cycles, performance reporting and action follow-through.
• Good understanding of technology, data, cloud, AI, cyber/security, resilience and technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the CITO operating rhythm, including key meetings, planning cycles, reporting timelines and action logs.
• Coordinate regular CITO reporting, including quarterly reporting, financial reporting and security reporting.
• Translate complex topics into simple, business-ready messages for senior leaders and committees.
• Build strong relationships across technology, finance, risk, procurement, data, AI and security to resolve issues and improve collaboration.
• Lead or coordinate a small team to set standards and create clarity for others.
