Job summary

Canada Life Group is seeking a CITO Business Manager to provide structured business management support to the Chief Information & Transformation Officer and the CITO leadership team. This senior role will shape and maintain the executive office operating rhythm, strengthen governance and reporting, and ensure actions, risks and decisions are followed through with pace, judgement and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the CITO operating rhythm and governance cadence.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Europe, including AI adoption and cloud activity.
• Oversee regular CITO reporting, financial and security reporting, and executive packs.
• Ensure timely preparation of papers, logs, and action tracking for leadership reviews.
• Build relationships across technology, finance, risk, procurement and data to drive collaboration.
