GitLab is looking for an Account Executive who will be the primary connection to customers in the CIS region. In this role, you will manage a broad book of business, guiding diverse teams in adopting and expanding GitLab's DevSecOps platform.

You will run the full sales process, document buying criteria, and contribute to the sales handbook. Flexibility in schedule and equity compensation are part of the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Interest in GitLab, open source software, preferably with Git familiarity.
• Proven success in software sales, ideally in a mid-market or enterprise context.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in guiding customers through the buying journey.

Responsibilities

• Owns a broad book of business across various opportunities.
• Runs the full sales process, including negotiation and closing.
• Supports prospects by articulating GitLab’s value proposition.
• Contributes to improving our sales handbook and processes.

Skills

Fluency in Russian and English
