• Experience in partnering with customers to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to turn objectives into actionable plans.
• Act as the point of contact for GitLab issues and escalations.
• Build Customer Success Plans to help customers achieve their goals.

Skills

Understanding of Git and typical branching strategies

Knowledge of software development lifecycle
