Job summary

Expleo Ireland is seeking a Head of Quality Engineering to lead and shape the Quality Solutions Unit within our senior management team. You will drive strategy, client delivery, and talent management across multiple locations, ensuring delivery excellence and value for clients.

You will oversee programme delivery, business development, and innovation, partnering with C-Level stakeholders and sales teams to grow our Quality Engineering services and maintain market leadership in Automation,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
ISTQB or equivalent qualification in testing disciplines.

Responsibilities

Service Leadership – set strategy and delivery for Quality Engineering across sectors.
Programme Delivery – oversee multi-location teams and modern delivery methods.
Business Development – grow revenue via new services and client opportunities.
Innovation & Thought Leadership – ensure best-in-class solutions aligned with client demand.
Talent & Resource Management – manage consultants, budgets, and career development.
Stakeholder Management – engage with internal and C-level stakeholders.
